Extra Small - Fits 8-11" around .Fits most Tea Cup Poodle or tiny size breeds.
Small - 10"-15" around. Fits most Toy Poodle, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and King Charles Spaniel or smaller size breeds.
Medium - 14"-19" around. Fits most Cocker Spaniel size breeds
