Tiabella's Pet Boutique is proud to offer our customers with a unique and stylish array of products for your pampered pet ! It is our goal to become your favorite online place to shop , therefore my goal is to provide you with efficient customer service. At TiaBellas we have a few vendors we are affliated with , therefore if you order multiple items it may come in different shipments. Please feel free to email me at any time for any questions you may have.
Shipping
TiaBellas works very hard to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. Due to some shipments coming directly from the vendor please allow extra time on some items . Items in stock are always shipped within 24-48 hrs of ordering .Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on Custom orders such as custom notecards and notepaper .
Shipping to other countries : Shipping to other countries is possible on some items . If you are not from the USA and would like to order , please email me before placing your order for availability and price of shipping outside the USA. Tiabella's reserves the right to refund any order that we are unable to ship to. We generally ship USPS Priority , but UPS,FedX,and 1st class mail is sometimes used as well.
Returns
Size charts are included in various sections of this site .Please measure your pet carefully !! Exchanges are available on SOME items only. Tiabella's reserves the right to deny exchanges based on an a case by case basis due to manufacturer stipulations.If an exchange is allowed the buyer is responsible to pay for shipping both ways , unless the product that was sent to you was defective. In that case Tiabella's will pay for the exact item to be sent back to you ,upon reciept of the defective item. If the item is eligible for return,it must be returned for exchange only within 30 days and only if it is in the Original Unused Unworn condition .Any items eligible for returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee . If you are unsure of a item and its eligibility for return , please email us before ordering .We want you to be happy with your purchase , and there are exceptions , so please do not hesitate to contact us .Sorry , No Refunds . No Returns on Custom Orders.
Availability
I do not always carry every product in every size at all times . Most of our items are available and are ready to ship to you , however I cannot always control backordered products from our vendors . In the event a product is not available , you will be promptly notified . If the item is no longer available we will promptly issue you a refund . If the product is backordered , we will notify you of the timeframe we expect the product to be in stock and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is available. Many of our items , such as the custom stationary and our new TiaBellas Couture line are custom made for you . Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery ( this is for every item on our site ) Sooner ship times are likely.
Errors on the site
Please be aware that I try to list everything on this site , including prices, images and descriptons, to the best of my ability & knowledge, however in the unlikely event of an error , Tiabellas reserves the right to correct any errors from the site and reserves the right to notify you and make the necessary corrections , even if your order has been placed.
Imaging
All items on our site are listed and described to the best of my ability . Images and coloring are different on every computer and is dependent upon which internet browser you are using and what your monitor settings are. If there are any questions about color , please email me at any time for more information .Tiabella's will not be responsible for color discrepancies.
A Note about Crystal Dog Products
All of the products we carry with Swarovski crystals & Rhinestones are designed for special occasion or "going out" wear . Some dogs are "rougher" than others , some are chewers and some are not . The stones are all placed on these products very well , but will not stand up to daily wear and tear ....unless perhaps you own a Diva ,Prince or Princess who spends most of their time cuddled with you on your lap :) |
